  • I have a coupon/discount/promo code; how do I apply it to my order?
    Please find the field for your code on the cart page. Upon applying the code, if valid, the value is automatically deducted at checkout.
  • Where is my order?
    We process orders and ship out within 48 hours. Kindly check your email (inbox and spam) for your tracking number and instructions. If you have found nothing after 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    About 60% of our products are made in Nigeria. The other 40% comprises Morocco, Colombia and China.
  • Where will you ship from?
    Depending on our stock and your location, we will ship from either of our three warehouses in Lithuania, Poland or Germany.
  • Am I eligible for a full refund or exchange?
    Yes, as long as you notify us via email of your desire to return for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Bear in mind the product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Within how many days will you process my refund?
    Usually, we evaluate returns and initiate refunds within 48 hours after receiving the items in our warehouse. You will get a notification via email after successfully processing your return. You shall be refunded via the same channel you used when placing the order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect.
