Shipping Policy

We process and ship out within 48 hours of placing an order. Almost all our items come with free standard shipping. Orders within EU tend to arrive at your door step within 4-7 working days. Expedited shipping is not available.

All international shipping also comes with a free standard shipping. They tend to reach you within 7-10 working days. Depending on your destination and total value of your order, your local authorities may require you to pay duties and taxes during the delivery process.

Once your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email containing a unique tracking code with further instructions on how to monitor your shipment online. If you have received nothing after 48 hours of placing an order, please contact us via email at info@temijoehandmade.com with your order number. Please be sure to check your spam or junk box before contacting us.

Return & Refund Policy

You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

If your reason for a return is not an error from our part, the incurred shipping fee shall be forfeited or deducted if your order was shipped using our FREE SHIPPING offer. In some cases, we may request for the receipt or proof of purchase to further process your return.

We will process your returns and notify you within 48 hours of receiving it. You shall be refunded via the same channel you used when placing the order -- well, except in cases where you opt for our In-Store Credit.

We advise our customers to always check with us before returning an item as the receiving warehouse address may differ from the original mailing address.
